Our guest host, Niku Sedarat—an 18-year-old mental health advocate and founder of Unité—is joined by three young adult guests and Harvard psychologist and researcher Dr. Emily Weinstein. Together, they bring unique perspectives on how social media both supports and challenges youth mental well-being. This episode delves into the complex realities behind the headlines offering parents, teens themselves and caregivers research-based findings, fresh insights into how to better understand—and support—the digital lives of today’s teens.
