Dreams and the Five Elements. We go deep into one of my dreams then we talk about how Leilani uses dreams in her work as an acupuncturist. We take two calls from dreamers, one about the meaning of cars in dreams and one in which the dream brings the dreamer some good news!
Leilani Navar is a dreamworker, licensed acupuncturist and practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She works dreams in person and online as well, in “The Dreamers Den”, a growing community of healers, artists, dreamworkers. People interested in how dreams can help us live in balance with our ecosystem. Leilani was inspired by her teacher Bob Quinn and his mentor, the late, beloved Jeremy Taylor, and now she brings dreams and Chinese Medicine together in clinical practice. She’s fascinated by how the symbols used for millennia in Traditional Chinese Medicine show up in the dreams of people who’ve never heard of them. Leilani also hosts a podcast, The Dreamers’ Den: Dreamwork in Good Company. Similar to The Dream Journal, she interviews experienced dreamworkers, teachers, and authors, diving deep to support you opening up to or deepening your relationship with your dreams.
