Carmel Public Library Foundation keeps the Carmel Library open, relevant and thriving and ensures free library service in perpetuity by providing funding for 100% of the books, materials, programs, equipment and services.  The library is an essential part of life on the Central Coast of California, and thanks to generous support from charitable donations, Carmel Library maintains its superior reputation, serving 106,000 locals and visitors from our community, the Central Coast and beyond.

To dive into its history and share the services it supports, Christine Barrington interviews Alexandra Fallon, Executive Director, on Talk of the Bay Monday, July 17.

Carmel Public Library Foundation Lecture Series is free and open to all. With a stellar reputation for quality programming, it also makes its lectures available in perpetuity. For upcoming and archived lectures, click the hyper-link above.

All past events are available to watch at any time! Recorded versions of Community Nights with the Library, Fireside Chats, Henry Meade Williams Local History Lecture Series, even our annual fundraiser are all available here: Events and Activities
