Warning! Poor audio from 3:00 to 16:30. Either hang in there for the fascinating content, or skip forward. Want a better life? Who doesn’t?! Our guest today is called the myth slayer. Scott Mason will help you identify your toxic myths and create better ones. We start by defining mythology giving an example about the American mythology related to Abe Lincoln. He suggests learning to recognize your own myths and how they might hold you back then chose a new more empowering myth.
After the break Scott spends some time drawing me out about my own personal myth of Persephone. We take a call from Deb Cox Voisin from Santa Cruz who shares a dream about creating a figure with a spine that goes all the way to the ground. We will have Scott back on the show in July to talk about psychedelics.
