Jason shares several vivid examples of working w the shadow in his own dreams. He shares about how his dreams have helped him evolve out of toxic positivity and away from the strictures of the Catholic church in which he was raised without losing his faith in Jesus. He describes how to use active imagination as a way to understand and ultimately befriend shadow dream figures.

Bio: Jason Althaver is 21 years old and is currently living and working at an Ashram near Boulder CO. His dreams have highly influenced his life path. A few big dreams in particular helped him break out of societal and familial expectations and follow a more unconventional and spiritual path. Lucid dreaming in particular has fueled his passion for diving into all of his dreams. Jason’s intention is to learn from his dreams, lucid and non-lucid, in order to grow on all levels.
