Sleep paralysis, spirits, lucid nightmares, and other things that go bump in the night. Today it’s a Halloween special with lucid dreamer, Ryan Hurd. We talk about trickster energy in dream, dream vortices and evil clown dreams. Also lucid postures and talismans. I share another recent “Dream Journal nightmare”, and we take a call from Jenny who shares her experience of sleep paralysis.

Join the Many Worlds of Lucid Dreaming conference going on now. Details at ASDreams.org
