Susan Joseph and Angela Grillo co-lead groups around creativity and healing and (of course) dreams. We talk about their embodied / somatic way of working with dreams saying this somatic work can also be used to relieve waking life trauma. Susan gives an example of how working with one of her dreams helped to reduce her physical pain.
We took a call from Lucille who shared a tender dream in which she calls out her name then is immediately killed which brings up the vulnerability we all expose ourselves to when we claim who we truly are.
