Can dreamwork lead to post traumatic spiritual growth? Today’s guest is author and therapist Linda Schiller. Linda speaks about waking dream moments and synchronicity. She then defines spirituality as an ability to feel held and speaks about how dreams, even painful dreams, can help us grow that ability. We also speak about the three faces of shadow: personal, familial and global and about the parallels between EMDR and REM. We explored my dream about asking for help.
