All Buddhist traditions include the practices of the Four Immeasurables, sometimes known as the Four Brahmaviharas, or the Four Virtues of the Heart. These are loving-kindness, compassion, empathetic joy, and equanimity. In this episode, we discuss these four qualities, which can be cultivated through our meditation practice, and how each one leads to deeper happiness and well-being and increases our ability to connect with others.
