Dream Alchemy and Depth Psychology. Also Kabbalah and Tarot. These are just some of the tools in the tool chest of today’s guest, local Jungian therapist Eva Rider. We start out by defining depth psychology and how it is different from other kinds of therapy. Meaning vs. happiness. Dreams help by providing what we don’t know. Eva defines the dream alchemy phases: nigredo, albeda and rubedo. Also, death dreams can be positive.
We take a call from Carol from Scotts Valley who shares a dream in which she is visited by a crow with a metal insect in its mouth. We end up talking about active imagination, warning dreams and big dreams.
