We’re joined by psychotherapist, art therapist, and registered nurse Mary Welschmeyer, artist and cancer survivor Lisa Handley, and childcare professional and abuse survivor Elena Stenger to discuss how accessing their creative process has catalysed their healing and supplied ongoing support for mental wellness.
