Delphine Burns works with Monarch Services to respond to, and help prevent domestic violence incidents on the Central Coast of California. Monarch Services was founded in 1977. Delphine talks about how to spot danger signs and help someone who may be at risk of domestic violence or how to reach out yourself. She reports that cases have skyrocketed since the stay-at-home order, and works to dispel the myth that people have to stay inside with an abusive person.
