By following the wisdom of each dream, one by one, we can experience powerful awakening and healing. Our guest today is Archetypal Dreamworker Amy Trafford.

Amy starts by saying that dreams help us find meaning in life and that even difficult dreams offer us a place of love. We talk about shadow work, projection and reaction and about how dreams help to bring us into our bodies and therefore into the present moment. Amy notes that dreams don’t judge, we judge

We take a call from Julie from Vermont and talk about whether dreams are really telling us what to do in waking life or if we are projecting out wishes upon them.

BIO: Amy Trafford is an Archetypal Dreamwork therapist. She also teaches dream writing groups and string workshops and the practice of presence through dreams. Amy is passionate about dreams and their ability to help us be more present, more in our physical bodies, heal trauma, and change our lives from the inside out.
