On Talk of the Bay, April 7, 2020, Christine Barrington interviews Kathleen Miller, M.A. about creativity for everyday people. Kathleen uses Wellness Writing and Expressive Art to help people connect with and sustain mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This period of Shelter-in-Place is requiring all of us to be more creative in order to cope with restricted social and physical space. Kathleen Miller is exceptionally qualified to offer brilliant inspiration for adults and children to access their native curiosity and creativity. With a little more creativity Covid-19 and Shelter in Place could be an exceptional time of renewal, or even rebirth!
For over twenty-five years it has been Katheen Miller’s honor to support individuals, groups, and families from around the Bay Area. Her educational background includes a BA in Behavioral Science (a cross-disciplinary degree in psychology, anthropology, and sociology) and an MA in Counseling Psychology, as well as specialized training in Early Childhood Development, somatic and nondual therapies, creative and therapeutic writing, expressive art, intuitive painting, and addiction recovery.
