Tidal Equality is about expanding equity and inclusion by expanding democratic decision-making. Co CEO’s and Founders, Dr. Kristen Liesch and Anna Dewar Gully work to help organizations reduce and solve for inequities of all kinds. As mothers, they have observed how those inequities differ among mothers from a variety of identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences.
Dr. Liesch and Ms. Gully will share their landmark methodology, the Equity Sequence™, which can help invite equity-seeking individuals from a variety of backgrounds—including mothers and parents—into the design of workplace decisions that work better for all.

Anna is an organizational strategist with 15 + years of experience designing enterprise-wide strategy, advising boards and leading on governance, spearheading transformation initiatives, and building greater equality in large systems and organizations in Canada, the U.S., Europe, and the UK.
