On Talk of the Bay, Monday May 31, Chrstine Barrington interviews Dr. Michelle Merrill and Michael Levy, local Earth activists who are answering the call to travel cross country to stand with Indigenous Water Protectors and local Minnesotans opposing the Enbridge Tar Sands Pipeline known as “Line 3” being built through Anishinaabe treaty land and the Mississippi Headwaters. Christine and the panel will discuss the history and controversies surrounding Line 3 and share relevant information related to this action known as The Treaty People Gathering, happening June 5th-8th in Minnesota.
