As Director at Justicia Lab and Immigration Advocates Network, Rodrigo Camarena has more than five years of experience in leading and managing nonprofit legal tech initiatives that aim to transform immigrant justice through collaboration, creativity, and technology. He has a MSc in Economic History from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and is a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Program for Nonprofit Leaders.
Rodrigo has worked hand in hand with immigrants and their advocates to identify common challenges and incubate scalable digital tools that help immigrants navigate the immigration system, find workplace justice, and more. He also supports innovative thinkers who turn strong concepts into prototypes and provide mentorship to participants of Civic Hall Labs’ CivicXcel program.
