In Tibetan Buddhism the spiritual training of cleansing disturbing attitudes from the mind and replacing them with constructive attitudes is called “lojong” translated as “mind training” or “thought transformation.” But what this practice involves is a radical readjustment of our approach to what we experience as pleasant and unpleasant turning things completely on their heads.
