In this discussion we will talk about the different ways a Buddhist practice can be much more than a few minutes or hours spent meditating. Where do the teachings we study and the insights from our meditation land in the day to day moments of our lives? How does a person with a job and family and all of the myriad of obligations we all have incorporate this ancient wisdom into a modern day busy calendar? What are some helpful ideas and strategies to successfully implement what we have learned without adding another “to do” task to our list?
