The Health Improvement Partnership of Santa Cruz County (HIP) and Safety Net Clinic Coalition (SNCC) invite you to join in celebrating National Health Center Week, a week-long health center celebration taking place August 8th – 14th! This year’s theme, “Community Health Centers: The Chemistry for Strong Communities,” reminds us of the key elements that help shape a healthy and equitable environment that includes our most vulnerable communities. NHCW is an opportunity to highlight many of the social determinants of health, as well as the local agencies working to support health and well-being as far upstream as possible.
