Hello Charlie,
This early evening I believe you hosted the music series with Calypso music. I was looking for the song Tic, Tic, Tic, that you played which was hilarious and fun to listen to. I wanted to write it down and re-listen but I was driving, so I thought I’d go on the website to see if you listed it.
Can you give me the details, artist, the year it was recorded, so I can share this with my daughter who loves all kinds of music too?
I’m a professional violinist, and new to Santa Cruz from Los Angeles. BUT NO LIVE MUSIC for a while I arrived just prior to this whole COVID scare, so it’s shut down our industry for some time. I’ve been listening to a lot of radio stations while I’m doing Instacart (to stay busy doing something)!!! I enjoy your show and hope you can get back to me on that song.
I just moved here from Minneapolis, where we have a great community station, KFAI. I’ve heard a lot of community radio music programs (including on WWOZ in NOLA); your program is one of the best I’ve heard anywhere. you play a lot of funky stuff I’ve never heard and it all has a common thread. It’s a dynamite show
