Holistic trauma therapist Edit B. Kiss talks about how meditation can help to release long-lasting blockages so you can live a more fulfilled and joyful life. Meditations allow you to get into the unconscious mind where you can honor the current situation and see what memories come up. This process leads to releasing long-lasting pains, blockages, ancestor defects and emotional traumas.
Edit talks about some of her dreams about dirty water and about buildings. In the second half, she gives specific recommendations about meditation and leads us on a short grounding chakra meditation.
