Manu Koenig on Funding Homelessness Programs

County Supervisor, Manu Koenig was recently the lone dissenting voice on the Santa Cruz County board of supervisors when it came to approving an eight-million dollar contract for homeless services. He says, the money could be better spent on actually shelters for those unhoused.
