Faith in the Time of Corona: Christianity & Racial Reconciliation
Loading

The Christian faith in America, while making many positive contributions throughout our history, has also mirrored the racism and social injustice present throughout the development of our country. White and Black Christians gathered separately in distinct communities that promoted discrimination and mistrust, and reflected the racial tensions present in the larger American society. In this edition of Faith Matters, two local African-American pastors and one White pastor discuss current racial issues, the challenges within their religious tradition, and how each of them are applying their faith to help their congregations promote racial justice and reconciliation in their communities today.
