2020 has been a year unlike any in recent memory, or perhaps in American history. As a nation, and in our area, we have been stretched beyond all measure–including a devastating pandemic, racial unrest, a bitter political season, and wildfires that have ravaged communities. With the winter holidays this year, how are people of faith celebrating their religious traditions this year? How are they finding hope and inspiration from their religious stories and traditions? A local Jewish rabbi and a Christian pastor discuss the holidays of Hanukkah and Christmas and how they and their congregations are celebrating at the end of a tumultuous year.
