Dr. Ann Lopez, founder of the Center for Farmworker Families, is no stranger to the effects of pesticides. In her work with migrant farmworker families, she sees children with high cancer rates and other serious health problems. A new initiative, the Campaign for Organic and Regenerative Agriculture proposes a future where there are no pesticides used in the region of the Pajaro Valley. The kickoff event for the campaign is November 14th. More information: https://farmworkerfamily.org/
