Happy New Year! We start by speaking about announcing dreams where pregnant women dream about their children-to-be and segue to how the body holds memories even from pre-verbal experiences such as childbirth. We touch into visitation dreams then shift over into talking about Kim’s diagnostic dreams and the advice she received from them during her recent healing experiences.
We then talk about the dream-based practices that Dr. Mascaro recommends including sleep hygiene, meditation, dream journaling and making dream art, as well as joining a dream group. We also talk about synchronicities and how working with dreams helps us to deepen our intuition.
We end by speaking about the upcoming IASD conference in Tucson, July 17-22. The deadline for proposing a presentation is coming up at January 10. Look into the details of the conference here: https://iasdconferences.org/2022/
