Tune in at 12 a.m., Monday, August 5th, and hear the Gypsy Scholar present the second installment of the Orphic Essay-with-Soundtrack series, “The Celtic Harvest Festival of Lughnasadh,” a high summer celebration marking the start of the autumnal harvest season and the acknowledgment of the natural cycle of growth and sacrifice. This musical essay is in anticipation of the “Astrological Date” (“True Lughnasadh”) of the celebration, which occurs on August 6th.
