Christine Barrington welcomes back the dynamic permaculture duo “Vital Cycles.” Anne Freiwald and Lydia Nielson offer mindset bombs to transform what you thought you knew about gardening. Gleaned from the Permaculture Design Certification courses they teach across California, learn how to break up with fertilizers, grow your own water, and why diversity is essential at all levels of life.
Lydia Neilsen and Anne Freiwald are the founders of Vital Cycles Permaculture, a regenerative design firm that offers education, training, community building, and design services for those are seeking to restore their understanding of the vital cycles that govern life, starting from within the individual and spiraling out all the way to the larger biosphere that nourishes and sustains us all. Anne and Lydia go beyond concepts, and include singing as a way of learning. They’ll share a few of their best tunes for opening the heart to the magic of mother nature while demonstrating how she also offers the solutions we need for a thriving world.
