Eric Lombardo is a conservationist and housing and transit advocate. He is interested in how land use affects everything we do, from where we live to how we move. He works as Policy Manager at the Land Trust of Santa Cruz County, but appears on Talk of the Bay in a different capacity – to discuss housing and development patterns in Santa Cruz County. Eric is a founding member and board member of Stronger Santa Cruz, an advocacy group for sustainable urban planning strategies. He studied environmental policy at Northwestern University and worked at the Sierra Club national headquarters in Oakland before moving to Santa Cruz in 2022 to work for the Land Trust.
