Lela Brown runs a nature immersion outdoor program for children ages 5-12 in Portland, Oregon. She has a long background in nature education, including teaching workshops in wilderness survival and ethnobotany. Lela has an undergraduate degree in Environmental Epidemiology, and is a Journeyman Medical Pipefitter and member of Plumbers Union Local 290. She is a Masters candidate in Public Health at the Oregon School of Public Health.
