Tonight on KSQD’s Talk of the Bay, we will continue our week-long coverage of the Democratic National Convention, describing events both inside and outside this quadrennial gathering. Tonight’s report will include interviews with a proud Zionist who was among a group of 40 protesting the protesters. Then we interview two Palestinian women who say that the goal is not returning to the pre-1967 border, but rather the pre-1948 one. We also go to the convention floor where we catch up with Santa Cruz County Democrat delegates, Nelly Vaquera and Lani Faulkner. We’ll also include a brief interview with Silicon Valley Rep. Ro Khanna about the dire state of housing in California. In addition, we will take a look at the evening’s Democratic Party dance card of politicos who are set to speak to the over 4000 delegates and alternates gathered here in Chicago.
Bodie Shargel is the host of tonight’s Talk of the Bay on KSQD 90.7, 89.7, and 89.5FM and streaming on KSQD.org.
