Join Erik Nelson and special guest host Chuck Prophet for a two hour deep dive into Bob Dylan’s “Basement Tapes.” Recorded with The Band at “Big Pink” in 1967, Dylan created some of his most enduring songs, including “I Shall Be Released”, “Wheels On Fire”, “Mighty Quinn” and “Tears Of Rage”, along with a handful of more obscure but no less wonderful songs. Chuck Prophet is an amazing singer and songwriter in his own right, so, it takes one to know one! And after this lecture, enjoy the lab at Moe’s Alley on Saturday November 25th, when Chuck and his merry band of fellow musical travelers play a “Basement Tapes” themed concert, all starting at 7PM.
