A CHINESE ARCH WILL BE ERECTED ON THIS PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE, CROWNED BY KATHLEEN’S MOZAIC RIVER DRAGON.

THE BRIDGE MARKS THE FORMER SITE OF SANTA CRUZ’S LAST CHINATOWN.
