When tragedy strikes Santa Cruz steps up! While this Winter’s atmospheric rivers have brought much needed rain to our region, along with them has also come devastation. In the wake of tragedy it is local non-profits who step forward to offer immediate assistance. On Monday’s Talk of the Bay you’ll hear from executive directors Ray Cancino of Community Bridges and Susan True with The Community Foundation Santa Cruz County who have been on the front lines assisting those in dire need in the wake of flooding and slides.
