Moment of Truth and Hard Left News collaborated on this episode, which is Part 2 of a conversation between hosts Todd Zimmerman and Meilin Obinata and guests Brian Merchant, the author of “Blood in the Machine” and Jathan Sadowski, the author of “The Mechanic and the Luddite.” Merchant and Sadowski advocate for a deeper understanding of how capitalism and technology work together to produce an increasingly exploitative and controlling world. They argue that technology should be seen not as neutral, but as a tool wielded by those in power.
