28th Assembly District Candidates Forum

Three of the four candidates for the 28th State Assembly District appeared in a radio forum answering questions about everything from climate change to what to do with the state’s surplus. They are Rob Rennie, Gail Pellerin and Joe Thompson. (The fourth candidate did not respond to an invitation to appear). The top two vote-getters will proceed to the general election in November, regardless of party affiliation. The newly-drawn 28th Assembly District includes Santa Cruz (as far south as the Yacht Harbor), Scotts Valley, San Lorenzo Valley, Bonny Doon, Davenport, Swanton, Morgan Hill and parts of south San Jose.
