Episode #21: Psychotherapist Debra Sloss is joined by Holocaust survivor and public speaker Gitta Ryle who was separated from her parents and experienced terrible trauma while fleeing from theNazis during World War II. At the war’s end, Gitta was reunited with her sister and mother, and together they immigrated to the United States. By the time she reached adulthood, Gitta found herself sick with physical and mental health symptoms and she embarked on a long road of self-discovery and healing, Gitta learned that forgiveness of herself and others played an essential role in her journey to wellness.
