Research shows that businesses started during economic downturns often do better, taking advantage of a time when existing businesses may be struggling to adapt. We speak with Gary Butler, who started Two Birds Books at Pleasure Point with his wife, Denise, and Jill Potts, who started an online business called Goods4Good Market.
