Originally from Baltimore, I've lived in Santa Cruz since 1986. In addition to my career in natural foods, I've been active in radio since 1992. A programmer on KUSP 1992-2016, I also served on the KUSP Board of Directors 1993-95, and on the KUSP staff 1995-2004. Now I am the KSQD Program Director, and host Giant Steps Wednesdays 7-10pm.
