Talk of the Bay from KSQD
Could you be hacked? Let Irvin Lemus tell you how to stop it!

Talk of the Bay hosts Brad Kava and Suki Wessling speak with Irvin Lemus, head of Computer Information Systems at Cabrillo College. Lemus is a computer security expert who trains students who are interested in entering this field. Lemus focuses on two important things that everyone should do—now:

  1. Use a password manager to manage unique, secure passwords for all devices
  2. Regularly update all devices and software to the latest version

Why? Because as he reminds us, the digital world is the real world now. Everything we have is connected to everyone else. Listen to the program for recommendations about personal security, thoughts about the latest hacking scandal, and information about how anyone who is interested can become a computer security professional.
