There was a buzz in the room as the thirty or so assembled talked about programs they wanted to create or help out on. After a brief update from the board, people broke into two groups, talk/public affairs and music, to explore ideas and trade stories. We’ll do another one next month in Aptos or Watsonville. Stay tuned! We have received 96 proposals and counting.

She is the producer of radio documentaries such as Southern Songbirds: The Women of Early Country and Old Time Music, The Boomtown Chronicles, and Pastures of Plenty, a History of California Farmworkers.
